I think 1 star is too good for this company. They canceled my order March 16th at my request and they still have not refunded my money. I am disputing it. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews prior to ordering, could have saved myself the aggravation.
My wife ordered cookies 9 days before Easter. One package to Chicago made it on time. The other to Fresno, Ca arrived two days after Easter. Called them to complain and all they did was refund shipping. Good customer service would have been a refund. I noticed there are many bad reviews.

The worst cookies I’ve ever received. Do not recommend.

I ordered three boxes of cookies for Easter 11 days before Easter. I have the passport so the calender showed that April 2 was an option for delivery so I chose it. All three packages arrived after Easter. My beef is that they do not give you any heads up that it will be late and certainly do not give good customer service. They use FedEx for delivery and frankly they should change to UPS or USPS because they have not been late any time during this pandemic.

This company charges extra for requesting a specific date but seems to have absolutely no control over the delivery. If that is the case, they should say so and not charge people extra for a fake delivery date. They delivered a stale birthday cake on the wrong date and I had the added misfortune of dealing with rude unmasked delivery drivers (FedEx).
I ordered cookies on 2/10, they charged my card and here we are 2/23 and they have not been shipped! I have emailed them with no response. I don't have all day to deal with calling them and being put on hold. Will dispute charges. Too bad because I have ordered their cookies for clients in mass quantities, but never again.
This company is horrible. I ordered valentines cookies & when they weren’t delivered on time, I called. They said they weren’t in stock any more! What? They make cookies! I ordered them 10 days in advance! All they could do is refund my money & offer me a “discount” on a future order. Again, I had to call them to find this out, leaving no time to order from somewhere else. I will never order from them again. This is the second time this has happened with them - this time I learned my lesson. STAY AWAY from this company!
Ordered 3 gifts for three different people. Made sure deliver was scheduled before the weekend and a holiday however the delivery was still 4 days late. After the weekend and after holiday. When I contacted the company, first they told me they would be delivered on time, after 30mins they changed their answer. They informed me that deliveries are not guaranteed unless I do a special express delivery. I will never use them again, even though they gave me a "gift card savings pass?" for future orders
DELICIOUS! I thought for the price the cookies would be mini. Imagine my surprise when they arrived.. full size, individually wrapped, amazing variety! The mystery box is perfect for an office you wanna say thank you to! I will be ordering from them again and again! Thank you rachell
Ordered my cookies asking for a feb 1st shipping date. They shipped them on Jan 20. Emailed them 5 times and each time answer did not match the comment or question. Would love to have a manager call or text me. Cookies were good. Customer service is bad !!
I ordered cookies to be sent to a relative in New York on December 8. The delivery date was December 15. I received a tracking number. The package got as far as the local post office ready for delivery, when I got a notification that the package was damaged and was sent back to the facility. That was on December 15. Tried calling Cheryl's was on hold a very long time, could not hang on any longer. Tried several times again same result. Tried E mail several times,no response. Post office which I assume is a rural one, was no help either, told me to contact Fed Ex or Cheryl's So now January 5 th is here with no cookies
Horrible, Horrible customer service!!!! If I could give a rating of -1000 I would! Order from one of the emails they sent me advertising special $9.99 celebration passport. I was charged $29.99 and when I emailed and called to cancel they said order already in process and it couldn't be canceled. They also said I would have to contact 1-800-Flowers celebration passport customer service team to get the over charge cancelled. Emailed the 3 times, called and was on hold for over 2 hours with no one answering the call. Just a stupid message kept playing about how busy they are and the next available rep would be on the phone. I will never ever do business again with Cheryl's cookies, or any of their affiliated companies, 1-800-Flowers, David's and the rest. If this is the way they cheat people and have the worst customer service, it must be the same with all the other horrible companies.
